What does BPML stand for?
BPML stands for Bridgepoint MedLegal. Our mission is to serve across four key pillars: Business, People, Management, and Legal. Covered in our Executive Virtual Assistance and Media/Creative Virtual Assistant Package. These areas guide our approach and help us meet a wide range of client needs with skill, care, and integrity.
How does BPML Virtual help clients?
We aim to serve clients who value having someone they can count on.. someone who handles the behind-the-scenes and/or after hours tasks. By offering peace of mind through consistent support, we aim to free our clients to focus on what matters most. To maintain the depth and quality of our service, we take on only one to two clients at a time. This allows us to devote attention, build trust, and provide real value. We currently operate with a waitlist of individuals and organisations waiting to be served when capacity opens.
Who is BPML for?
BPML is for people and organisations who need dependable, virtual support without hiring in-house. Whether you’re a founder, executive, creative, business owner, or ministry leader, we’re structured to help you move forward clearly and strategically.
What kind of support do you offer?
BPML offers Executive Virtual Assistance, Social Media and Creative Services Support. This includes services like email management, compliance documentation, content creation and management, brand oversight, client liaison, strategic planning, and more within executive assistant service. Our team consists of qualified business professionals, graduated lawyers, and social media experts, each bringing sharp thinking and real-world experience to your work.
Are you based in Australia only?
We’re virtually based and serve clients across Australia and beyond. Our services are fully remote, and we offer after-hours availability (including Saturdays) to meet client needs when reasonable.
How do I get started?
We begin with a conversation to understand what support you’re looking for. If we’re the right fit and there’s availability, we’ll proceed with a tailored intake form and define our structure clearly before beginning work. If we’re currently at capacity, we’ll let you know and offer the option to join our waitlist.
Do you offer long-term support?
Yes. But our support model is built to empower, not create dependency. We want our clients to thrive, with or without us, and will always encourage the systems, clarity, and confidence to stand independently over time.
What if my request is outside your scope?
We are clear and upfront about what we can take on. If your needs fall outside our expertise, we’ll let you know and can often suggest alternative paths. We won’t stretch beyond what we can deliver with integrity.
When are you available?
We aim to work evenings on weekdays and plan to work standard hours on Saturdays. We do not operate on Sundays. This is dedicated to our faith. However, within these hours, we are committed to completing tasks on time, communicating clearly, and delivering what we’ve agreed upon.
How do you charge?
We invoice weekly or monthly depending on the service type whether project-based, hourly, or package support. Every quote and invoice is transparent, clear, and fair. You’ll always know what you’re paying for. We have also listed our pricing to each service provided for full transparency.
Why do you use ‘Our’
Though I am the founder of the business, I don’t believe it only belongs to me as I also have the goal of bringing other professionals on board so I use Our because BPML Virtual is not just for me but also for those wanting to thrive in whatever they do including you.

How do I get started?
Simply book a service either executive assistance or creative assistance by selecting your preferred level of service. Be it Basic, Standard or Premium and we will contact you after booking to discuss how to get started by letting you know what we need to get started. You can also book a consultation to have a conversation before booking a service. Please note that the consultation fee is non refundable.
