Our VOIF Service includes structured follow-ups via email and phone, ensuring timely reminders and professional communication with stakeholders. We tailor our follow-up strategies based on your preferences while maintaining adherence to ethical business practices. We provide a range of services to support your business, including: Invoice creation: If an invoice has not yet been generated, we will create one with all necessary details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with your business requirements, for a fee of $2 per invoice. Ethical invoice follow-ups: We conduct polite, professional, and consistent reminders to maintain positive business relationships while securing overdue payments. Our follow-up schedule includes an initial reminder sent fortnightly, with escalation to weekly follow-ups if payment remains outstanding. Payment plan assistance: If a stakeholder requests a payment arrangement, we assist in setting up a realistic and structured payment plan that works for both parties. Once the payment plan is agreed upon, our service concludes. Pricing and Packages We offer a non-refundable service fees of $75 with your chosen plan, which includes an initial 30minutes consultation to discuss your business needs and requirements. Our stakeholder-based monthly packages are priced based on the number of stakeholders requiring follow-up services per calendar month. We offer three package options to suit your business needs: Basic VOIF Package: 10 hours of support for 10-20 stakeholders, including follow-up on overdue invoices, structured follow-up schedule, and assistance with payment plans. Standard VOIF Package: 20 hours of support for 21-50 stakeholders, including increased follow-up frequency, customised email templates, and detailed reporting. Premium VOIF Package: 40 hours of support for 51-80 stakeholders, including priority follow-up support, dedicated virtual assistant, and comprehensive reporting. Our services are conducted remotely, ensuring cost-effective and efficient invoice management without disrupting your daily operations.
