Hello! My name is Esther, the founder of BridgePoint MedLegal (BPML), a virtual service business designed to bridge the gap between healthcare, law, and business administration. Through Christ Jesus and with a diverse background spanning law, nursing, business administration, mental health, and workers’ compensation, I created this business to offer practical, compliant, and efficient solutions to professionals and businesses that need specialised remote support.

 

Why I Created BridgePoint MedLegal

Similar to most, I am someone who aims to quietly fill in the gaps; wherever help is needed or patterns of undesirable outcome is noticed, there is the willingness to step in to assist. Whether in corporate, legal, or medical settings, I have found that many businesses and professionals struggle to keep up with administrative tasks, compliance, and operational demands. This does not have to be so. However, most may need once off or short term assistance to keep afloat and perhaps relearn good patterns and unlearn what does not suit.

As a fellow business professional, I can also step in to assist in this area. The aim as humans per my faith in GOD is that we continue to move from limitations, distractions and more towards discernment, elevated mindset, etc. 

 

Recognising this need, I built BPML with the mindset of amalgamating the skills acquired through lived experience of managing households, education, work experience e.t.c. Through the years and by HIS grace, I have acquired qualifications to encapsulate the skills as it is believed that one is to study to be approved. The services created with the skill set aims to deliver structured virtual support without the overhead of hiring in-house staff or in addition to the in-house staff for extra support.
 

The goal is not just to provide assistance but to create a space where businesses and personnels can get tailored support whilst we are also offering work opportunities to skilled contractors who have limited access to full-time jobs due to visa restrictions or other commitments.

 

The Meaning Behind BridgePoint MedLegal

The name BridgePoint MedLegal reflects my qualifications and experience across multiple industries.

• BridgePoint represents my ability to act as a connector; bringing together business administration, law, and healthcare to provide well-rounded support for clients.

• MedLegal represents the influence of legal and compliance in the services, informed by my legal background, and the medical knowledge I bring from my nursing qualifications.

With a legal, business, medical, and workplace injury background, I understand both the technical and compliance aspects of running a business in regulated industries.

 

My experience allows me to interpret laws and regulations, ensuring businesses remain compliant and individuals get support they require where reasonable.

 

Additionally, as we are to claim positives and not justify negatives, I have learnt that working through negative aspects of ADHD has positively altered the mindset in viewing and using hyper-focus as an asset thus an opportunity to hyper-focus on problem-solving, handle multiple tasks but maintaining work life balance. 
 

However, all power comes from GOD, and all Glory belongs to Jesus The Christ whom we trust and to whom BPML is dedicated. 
 

The hope is that whoever books BPML service/s also feels equipped by the end of the service as we aim to foster growth both in business and personal capacity.

BPML offers virtual services at rates starting from $39/hour, depending on the scope of work required. Our services are designed to be accessible, efficient, and compliant with industry regulations.

    (After-Hours Support Available)

·   Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
